Manifesto influencing
The next General Election to appoint a new UK Government will take place before 25 January 2025. In the lead up, political parties will commit to policies that they will then aim to implement if elected.
As political parties start to develop their manifestos, there is a great opportunity to talk to them about ideas that will improve the health of local communities. We want to work with you on this, and help your views to be heard.
We are running a series of events where you’ll have a chance to have your say and hear the views from other people working in communities across Great Britain. After the events, People's Health Trust will pull together the issues and ideas raised by participants and share these with political parties.
The events are open to all People’s Health Trust funded partners, including staff, trustees and committee members, as well as organisations whose grant from the Trust finished within the last year. We'd be grateful if you could come prepared to share your thoughts on the topic, including any suggestions and ideas you have would help address the issues within your community.
