Thank you to everyone we have worked with this year. Since 2011, we have supported almost 800,000 people and partnered with a vibrant network of over 3,500 community organisations across Great Britain to find vital and timely solutions to tackle the causes of poor health.
The office will be closed from 5pm on 24 December until 9am on 2 January.
