Ranjeet Kaile

Ranjeet has over 20 years of communication and engagement experience working in the NHS, local, and central government, including eight years at board level. He has significant experience in leading award-winning teams and managing large scale programmes to improve services for staff, patients, carers and local communities. Currently Ranjeet is the executive director of communications, public affairs and stakeholder engagement at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and South East London Integrated Care Board. Ranjeet is passionate about community led programmes to help tackle systemic health inequalities.
